Town of Innisfil receives award of excellence...Notice of Public Meeting - CPPS By-law Amendment

The Town has initiated text and map amendments to the Town’s CPPS By-law 058-25 to implement housekeeping updates intended to improve clarity, consistency and alignment with the Town’s Zoning By-law 080-13 and former CPPS ‘Our Shore’ By-law 062-17. The changes are intended to clarify how the By-law is applied. Key changes include:
- Clarifying permitted uses and definitions
- Updating exemptions, variation thresholds, and permit requirements particularly within the Shoreline Residential (SR) Precinct
