The Town of Innisfil passes and enacts by-laws and policies to help keep our community safe and enjoyable for all residents.

Our community standards officers are responsible for the enforcement of municipal by-laws and various provincial statutes, as well as other duties that may be assigned by Council. The officers' main objective is to gain compliance with all Town by-laws.

Off-Road Vehicles |
Our ATV (All Terrain Vehicle) By-law and Snowmobiles By-law regulate off-road vehicle usage on on municipal roads and set out rules for operating them within Innisfil, along with the Highway Traffic Act and the Off-Road Vehicles Act. |

For after-hours by-law matters, you can call 705-436-3710 Ext. 5 to leave a message and the next available community standards officer will investigate your concern. For urgent by-law matters after 5 p.m. or on weekends and statutory holidays, please contact South Simcoe Police at 705-436-2141 Ext. 0.
