By-laws
Our community standards officers are responsible for enforcing Town by-laws, certain provincial statutes, and other duties assigned by Council. Their main objective is to encourage compliance with municipal by-laws through education and enforcement.

For after-hours by-law matters, call 705-436-3710 Ext. 5 to leave a message and the next available community standards officer will investigate your concern. For urgent by-law matters after 11 p.m. or on weekends and statutory holidays, please contact South Simcoe Police at 705-436-2141 Ext. 0.
