To book a facility, complete our Facility Rental form and provide as much detail as possible. We will contact you within 5 business days to continue the booking process. All facilities are rented on a first-come, first-served basis.

Request a facility

Please submit the facility rental request at least 14 days before your event date.

You must have the facility booked before you can make a payment. Once booked, please follow these steps to pay the rental fees:

1. Visit Active Innisfil online
2. Sign in 
3. Select “My Account”

From here, you will see your facility booking information, and you can make the payment.

You can also request to make payment via the following methods at Town Hall: Visa, Mastercard, debit, cash, or cheque. Cheques must be made payable to "Town of Innisfil". Cheques will only be accepted if provided at least 30 days prior to the start date of the permit. A service charge of $30 will be charged for not sufficient funds (NSF) cheque payments made by the customer that are returned to the Town of Innisfil.

If you're planning to hold a large event on municipal property, you may need to apply for a special event permit. 

All events serving alcohol on Town of Innisfil property must abide by the following policies and regulations:

• Municipal Alcohol Policy
• Liquor Act of Ontario
• Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO)

You may need an AGCO Special Occasion Permit (SOP) to serve alcohol at an event on Town property.

You'll need to apply for a noise exemption permit if your event doesn't meet the Town's noise regulations.
