About Councillor Saunders
Councillor Saunders is a first-time councillor. He has been a resident of Innisfil for 10 years, and previously spent many years working in Australia, Bermuda, and Vancouver. When he set down roots in Innisfil, he purchased the Cove Café and has been working as a local business owner ever since.
Councillor Saunders loves to spend time at his family cottage in Gravenhurst, summer days on Lake Simcoe, and skiing the slopes of Blue Mountain in the winter.
Councillor Saunders looks forward to representing Ward 6 and the residents of Innisfil. He’s passionate about community events, “green” development, and the preservation of Lake Simcoe.
