Notice of Passage – Community Planning Permit System

TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Innisfil passed the Community Planning Permit System (CPPS) By-law No. 058-25 on the 25th day of June 2025, under Section 34 of the Planning Act, 1990, as amended.
THE PURPOSE AND EFFECT of the CPPS By-law No. 058-25 is to implement policies of the Town’s Official Plan through a Community Planning Permit System and addresses zoning amendments, minor variances and site plan agreements under one application.

Road closures: Alcona Sanitary Sewer and Drainage Upgrades

As part of the Alcona Sanitary Sewer and Drainage Improvements project, the following roads will be closed to local traffic and emergency vehicles only starting at 7 a.m. on July 15, 2025:
- Crystal Beach Road (Buchanan to Tall Tree Lane)
- Crystal Beach Road (Hartley Road to Roberts Road)
- Buchanan Street (Crystal Beach Road to 9th Line)
- Hartley Road (Crystal Beach Road to Taylorwoods Boulevard)

TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Town of Innisfil, on June 11, 2025, passed By-law 049-25, being a By-law to designate 6800 Yonge Street as having Cultural Heritage Value or Interest under Section 29 of the Ontario Heritage Act.
