Innisfil, ON – At the most recent Town of Innisfil Council meeting, a refreshed strategic plan was introduced and unanimously passed by Council. The plan focuses on four key pillars—Grow, Sustain, Connect and Serve.

With Innisfil on a trajectory of growth, along with a mostly-new Council, the time was right to update the strategic plan, which was developed in consultation with Council, Town staff and residents.

Innisfil's "Scrooge the Ticket" campaign turns parking fines into community support

Innisfil, ON - The Town of Innisfil is excited to announce the return of its "Scrooge the Ticket" campaign for the ninth year. This unique initiative allows residents to transform their parking tickets into acts of kindness and support for the community. From November 13 to 27, anyone who receives an Innisfil parking ticket will have the option to donate money, children’s toys, gift cards, or non-perishable food items to charity instead of paying their fine.

Innisfil celebrates newest outdoor AED placement

Innisfil, ON – Yesterday, members of Innisfil Council celebrated another Automated External Defibrillator (AED) donation from the Chase McEachern Memorial Fund thanks to fundraising efforts of the 8th annual Joe Marth Memorial Golf Tournament. AEDs are portable devices designed to provide life-saving treatment to individuals experiencing sudden cardiac arrest.
