Service Disruptions and Road Closures

Road closure: Killarney Beach Road (20th Sideroad to Church Drive)

Update: This road closure has been rescheduled to start on October 8, 2025.

Killarney Beach Road (20th Sideroad to Church Drive) will be closed starting on September 17, 2025 for Phase 1 of the urbanization project. Access for local traffic and emergency vehicles only.

The expected completion of Phase 1 construction is mid-December 2025. 

The project includes:

• Upgrade and replacement of existing storm sewers, driveway culverts and regrading roadside ditches
• Installation of multi-use paths

Road closure: 9th Line (CR 27 to 5th Sideroad)

9th Line (County Road 27 to 5th Sideroad) will have intermittent closures from August 25, 2025 at 7 a.m. to October 31, 2025 for hydro pole installations. Work will take place Monday to Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Road closure: 25th Sideroad (IBR to Roberts Road) and Lebanon Drive

25th Sideroad (Innisfil Beach Road to Roberts Roads) and Lebanon Drive (25th Sideroad to Willard Avenue) will be closed from August 25, 2025 at 7 a.m. to August 29, 2025 at 7 p.m. due to watermain work.

Road closure: 7th Line (Wingrove Avenue to St. John's Road)

7th Line from Wingrove Avenue to St. John's Road will be closed from August 20, 2025 at 6 a.m. to August 21, 2025 at 6 p.m. due to water works. Local traffic only—no through access.

Webster Boulevard (Wickham Road to Booth Avenue) will be closed from August 11, 2025 at 7 a.m. to August 15, 2025 at 7 p.m. for paving works. Local traffic only—no through access.
