Farming, lumber and ice industries, along with burgeoning cottage development along the Lake Simcoe shoreline, helped shape our community into the innovative and growing town that it is today. The Town of Innisfil's multi-phase Heritage Sign Project was initiated to grow and promote the community's heritage assets and historical landmarks.
Our heritage signs identify and depict some of the original historical settlements within Innisfil. They also commemorate important historical events and significant sites and individuals throughout the town.
