Emberton Way Park is located in the Sleeping Lion development in Alcona. It opened in September 2023 with a concrete skatepark full of features for all ages. The park is open from dawn to dusk.
Skatepark rules
The skatepark is unsupervised—use at your own risk and respect the rules:
- CSA-approved helmets are required
- The use of safety equipment such as gloves, kneepads, wrist guards and proper shoes are highly recommended
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult
- Ramps cannot be altered; additional obstacles prohibited
- No food, drinks, pets, or motorized vehicles are permitted
- No smoking
Unsafe or hazardous activities can result in ejection from the park. Please call 705-436-3710 to report incidents, injuries or vandalism.
