You may need to book a fire inspection with the Innisfil Fire & Rescue Services to make sure that your building or business meets all of the fire safety requirements outlined in the Ontario Fire Code.

Fees
Review the fire inspection fees:
- It costs $153 per fire inspection for daycares, nursery, rooming houses, etc. for licensing
- It costs $154.50 per fire inspection for short-term accommodations
- It costs $154.50 per fire inspection required by Alcohol Gaming Commission of Ontario for liquor licence purposes
If you need a fire inspection for a building (not including inspections from building permit applications), the following fees apply:
- $116.70 for buildings under 15,000 square feet
- $286.40 for buildings between 15,000 and 50,000 square feet
- $572.90 for buildings over 50,000 square feet

If you own a farm in Innisfil, you can call to book a free fire safety check. To book an inspection, please call 705-436-2763. We will work with you to identify opportunities for safety enhancements and work toward building a fire safe environment for you, your business and our community.
The fire safety check will provide you with:
- A full fire inspection of your property
- A fire response plan for your facility
- An action plan to help you correct any fire safety concerns that may be found during the inspection
- A free burn permit
