Each year, the Town of Innisfil, along with community partners, present Speak Your Mind to positively impact mental health and wellness in our community. The workshops and presentations let youth virtually chat and learn about mental health in a safe environment. The Speak Your Mind summit is meant for youth ages 13 to 21 years old.
