Churchill Banquet Hall

The Churchill Banquet Hall is located at 6322 Yonge St. in Churchill. This facility has a seating capacity of 75 people, and is a great spot for a social function, wedding or banquet.

Cookstown Community Hall

The Cookstown Community Hall is located at 20 Church St. in Cookstown. This facility is suitable for showers, meetings and other social functions and has a seating capacity of 65 people. No alcohol is permitted in this facility.

Innisfil Town Hall

Innisfil Town Hall is located at 2101 Innisfil Beach Rd. and has three community rooms available for rent. The capacity is 10 to 12 people per room. You can also rent the Council Chambers for a seminar, workshop, meeting, or wedding or the lobby.

Weddings

To rent the Council Chambers for a wedding, it costs residents $150.00 for a 3-hour rental and non-residents $180.00. 

Seminars, workshops and meetings (2-hour minimum)

For-profit rental fees are:

  • $75.00 per hour for Innisfil residents
  • $90.00 per hour for non-residents 

Non-profit rental fees are:

  • $50.00 per hour for Innisfil residents
  • $60.00 per hour for non-residents 

Rental fees - Outdoor Gazebo 

To rent the outdoor gazebo for a wedding, it costs residents $150.00 for a 3-hour rental and non-residents $180.00. 

Rental fees - Lobby Use

Rental fees listed do not include HST. Rates are effective from May 2025 to April 2026. Rates include set up and clean up. Rentals must be a minimum of two hours.

For-profit rental fees are:

  • $40.00 per hour for Innisfil residents
  • $48.00 per hour for non-residents 

Non-profit rental fees are:

  • $31.60 per hour for Innisfil residents
  • $37.90 per hour for non-residents

Knock Community Centre

The Knock Community Centre is located at 7756 10th Sideroad in Innisfil and has a seating capacity of 30 people. A small kitchenette as well as chairs and tables are available. We do not rent this facility for children's events, such as birthday parties.

The Morgan Russell Memorial Centre & Arena is located at 1354 Killarney Beach Rd. in Lefroy and is perfect for banquets, weddings and large social functions. This facility has a full kitchen and dance floor, with a seating capacity of 150 people.

The Stewart and Betty Fisher Community Room at the Rizzardo Health and Wellness Centre, located at 7325 Yonge St., has a seating capacity of 20 people. You can also rent the Horodynsky Community Kitchen for food teaching and preparation.

For-profit groups can rent the South Simcoe Theatre, located at 1 Hamilton St. in Cookstown.
