Back to SearchInnisfil, ON – At the most recent Town of Innisfil Council meeting, a refreshed strategic plan was introduced and unanimously passed by Council. The plan focuses on four key pillars—Grow, Sustain, Connect and Serve.
With Innisfil on a trajectory of growth, along with a mostly-new Council, the time was right to update the strategic plan, which was developed in consultation with Council, Town staff and residents.
“This plan will guide us in our efforts to preserve our past, build for the future, and serve the residents and businesses of Innisfil as effectively as we can,” says Mayor Lynn Dollin. “As a growing community this plan will help us to meet the challenges that growth presents and take advantage of its opportunities. I know I can speak for all members of council in saying that we are excited about this plan and are committed to making it happen. We will always be open to hearing your ideas and opinions about our community’s future. Let’s keep working together to make Innisfil the very best place to call home.”
The Town’s revised vision, Community First, Future Ready and Balance Always will act as the guiding values to the successful implementation of the plan.
