Mentorship Program

The Town’s Mentorship Program promotes teamwork, partnerships, and allows for mentoring opportunities that are accessible to all employees regardless of employment status, position, department, and organization.

This unique opportunity allows our employees to build a supportive and mutually beneficial relationship with others (regardless of organization)! Our approach is using the skills and strengths of our employees in a holistic and efficient matching process—allowing mentoring relationships to form based on the goal of supporting the mentee with a specialized skill or development area (this can include One-on-One Mentoring, Peer Mentoring, or Reverse Mentoring).
