This unique opportunity allows our employees to build a supportive and mutually beneficial relationship with others (regardless of organization)! Our approach is using the skills and strengths of our employees in a holistic and efficient matching process—allowing mentoring relationships to form based on the goal of supporting the mentee with a specialized skill or development area (this can include One-on-One Mentoring, Peer Mentoring, or Reverse Mentoring).
