As a result of COVID-19, our recruitment process and interviews are largely done online by video call or videoconferencing. The health and safety of our team and community is our number one priority.

Tips for virtual interviews

We look forward to meeting you! Prepare for your interview by reviewing our tips.

Choose the right setting

Find a quiet, private space for the interview. Don't worry if children or pets appear on your screen ̶ we appreciate that everyone is balancing various priorities at this time (so are we)!

Check your tech

When you receive a link to join a virtual meeting, take a few minutes to download any software required and test the access including your camera and speakers. Technical difficulties happen occasionally, and if they do, we will be sure to reconnect or find another means to continue with the interview.

Be prepared

Prepare exactly the same way you would if you were doing a face-to-face interview. Remember that the video or phone interview is simply a different format, so don't let that rattle your nerves.
