The Town’s People & Talent team has been selected by Human Resources Director (HRD Canada) for their Innovative HR Teams 2024 list!
HRD Canada recognizes organizations that break boundaries in the HR industry, such as introducing new technology, having innovative reward and recognition strategies, or taking a progressive approach to recruitment processes.
Our People & Talent team (known elsewhere as “Human Resources”) is using innovative ideas and reinventing the human resources field with flexible work arrangements (compressed work weeks, flexing time during the same pay period, hybrid work arrangements, etc.), encouraging staff to grow by offering many different learning and development opportunities, and implementing progressive employee policies (Casual Dress Code, Pets in the Workplace, etc).
