Back to SearchInnisfil, ON – Residents in the Town of Innisfil will still be able to manage their accounts with the Town despite the Canada Post national strike that commenced on September 25, 2025. The Town is committed to reducing the impact on residents and businesses during this labour disruption whenever feasible. To avoid late fees, interruptions, or delays, residents are encouraged to use alternate payment or delivery methods.
Property Taxes
Residents can create an online tax account to sign up for eBilling, set up pre-authorized payments, and access property tax information. Payments can be made:
- Through online or telephone banking with a financial institution
- Online through a third-party service
- In person at Innisfil Town Hall using cash, cheque, or debit during operating hours
An after-hours drop box is also available for cheque payments at Innisfil Town Hall outside the front entrance. Visit innisfil.ca/taxes for full details.
Parking Tickets
Parking tickets and camera-based infractions can be paid online or in person. Please follow the instructions noted on the ticket for payment or dispute options.
Other Digital Services
Residents can access several municipal services through the Town’s eServices platform. Top services include:
- Burn Permits
- Civil Marriage Ceremonies
- Dog Tag Renewals
- Freedom of Information Requests
- Road Permits
Building and development applications are accepted and paid online through Cloudpermit.
Town account holders may not receive their bills or be able to make payments through mail delivery on time. However, alternative methods are available, and Town accounts must be kept up to date to avoid penalties.
