Innisfil, ON – The Town of Innisfil reminds residents of the following schedule changes during the holiday period. Essential services and emergency operations will continue to operate.

Innisfil Town Hall

Innisfil Town Hall will be closed from December 25 to January 1. Regular hours will resume at 8:30 a.m. on January 2, 2024.

To report urgent matters, please call 705-436-3710 and follow the prompts to access the Town’s emergency options. For non-urgent customer inquiries, community members are asked to email inquiry@innisfil.ca or use the digital form and Customer Service will respond as soon as possible once regular business hours resume.

Innisfil ideaLAB & Library

All Innisfil ideaLAB & Library branches will be closed from December 24-26, December 31 and January 1.

Drop by the Innisfil ideaLAB & Library's Lakeshore Branch for a Noon Year's Eve Storytime on December 30 between 10:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. to wave goodbye to 2023 and hello to 2024 with stories, crafts, songs, and practice countdown!

Arenas

The arenas at the Innisfil Recreational Complex, Stroud Innisfil Community Centre, and Morgan Russell Memorial Arena & Community Centre will close at noon on December 24 and operate on modified schedules throughout the holiday period:

  • The Innisfil Recreational Complex will be closed December 25-26 and January 1.
  • The Stroud Innisfil Community Centre will be closed December 25-26 and January 1.
  • The Morgan Russell Memorial Arena & Community Centre will be closed December 25-26, December 31 and January 1.

Rizzardo Health and Wellness Centre

The Rizzardo Health and Wellness Centre will be closed December 24-26, December 31, and January 1.

Landfills, Curbside Waste Collection and Christmas Tree Collection

Curbside waste collection will not occur on Christmas Day (Monday, December 25) or New Year's Day (Monday, January 1). To maintain full service to all households, curbside waste collection is bumped one day during the weeks of December 25 and January 1. Confirm your collection schedule by downloading the free Simcoe County Collects app.
