Town of Innisfil / Bradford West Gwillimbury Fire Services Coverage

Innisfil, ON – Many members of Innisfil/Bradford West Gwillimbury Fire and Rescue will be attending the funeral of South Simcoe Police Service Constables Northrup and Russell on October 20 to pay their respects. To ensure no disruption to public safety, fire and rescue coverage will be provided by:

• Barrie Fire & Emergency Services
• New Tecumseth Fire
• Springwater Fire & Emergency Services
• Essa Fire
• Wasaga Beach Fire

The neighbouring fire services will provide coverage from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. on October 20. Firefighters and trucks from each of these fire departments will be onsite at the stations in South Simcoe to ensure timely response in the case of an emergency. There is no change to how residents request assistance – dial 911.
