Overnight parking permitted for New Year's Day

Innisfil, ON – The Town of Innisfil is permitting overnight on-street parking from midnight to 7 a.m. for New Year’s Day on January 1, 2023.

The overnight parking restriction on Innisfil’s roads is typically in place to assist snow clearing operations from November 1 to May 1 each year. The weather forecast allows for tonight’s exemption to encourage those hosting or attending a New Year’s celebration to celebrate it responsibly and safely.

Vehicle owners are still expected to respect the Town’s Parking By-law by avoiding no-parking zones and not blocking driveways, sidewalks, and fire hydrants.
