Based on the weather forecast, the Town of Innisfil is permitting overnight on-street parking from midnight to 7 a.m. on:

  • December 25, 2024 (i.e. Christmas Eve into Christmas Day)
  • December 26, 2024 (i.e. Christmas Day into Boxing Day)

The overnight parking restriction on Innisfil’s roads is typically in place to assist snow clearing operations from November 1 to May 1 each year, however, these exemptions encourage those attending holiday celebrations to enjoy them responsibly and safely.

Drivers are still expected to respect the Town’s Parking By-law by avoiding no-parking zones and not blocking driveways, sidewalks, and fire hydrants. If a winter storm necessitates overnight parking restrictions, an update will be communicated at innisfil.ca and the Town’s social media platforms.
