TAKE NOTICE that the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Innisfil proposes to declare the following land as surplus pursuant to Section 270(1), as applicable, of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, Chapter 25, as amended:

Legal Description: Part of PIN: 58057-0127 (LT), being Part of the Road Allowance between Lots 15 and 16, Concession 1, Innisfil; Part South Half of Lot 15, Concession 1 Innisfil and Part South Half Lot 16, Concession 1 Innisfil as in RO62804, lying between east of Highway 11, except Part 1 on RO514525 and Part 2 on Plan 51R-43624; Town of Innisfil labelled as the “Mid-Section” as shown on the attached Appendix 1 highlighted in yellow

and is now looking to dispose of this land by direct transfer.

The proposed by-law will come before Council for consideration at its regular meeting to be held in the Council Chambers at 2101 Innisfil Beach Road, Innisfil, Ontario, on the 26th day of June 2024 at 7:00 p.m. Written comments may be provided to the Clerk of the Town at the address below.
