TAKE NOTICE that the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Innisfil proposes to declare the following land as surplus pursuant to Section 270(1), as applicable, of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, Chapter 25, as amended:

Legal Description: Part of PIN: 58057-0127 (LT), being Part of the Road Allowance between Lots 15 and 16, Concession 1, Innisfil; Part South Half of Lot 15, Concession 1 Innisfil and Part South Half Lot 16, Concession 1 Innisfil as in RO62804, lying between east of Highway 11, except Part 1 on RO514525 and Part 2 on Plan 51R-43624; Town of Innisfil labelled as the “Mid-Section” as shown on the attached Appendix 1 highlighted in yellow

and is now looking to dispose of this land by direct transfer.
