Legal Description: Part of PIN 58099-0046, being part of the south half of Lot 5, Concession 8, designated as Part 3 on Plan 51R-44935 (see the approximate location outlined in the black box below)
The Town is now offering it for sale by way of direct sale to an abutting landowner.
The proposed by-law will come before Council for consideration at its regular meeting to be held in the Council Chambers at 2101 Innisfil Beach Road, Innisfil, Ontario, on the 25th day of March 2026, at 7 p.m. Written comments may be provided to the Clerk of the Town at the address below.
