Innisfil hires differently. When it comes to hiring, they’re looking for a different outlook and real passion. I started my journey with Innisfil during my first co-op term in the Architectural Technology Program at Georgian College. After completing several other co-op terms within the Community Development and Standards Branch (CDSB), I moved into the role of Building Inspector (on contract).
Five months after I graduated, I was honoured to accept a full-time permanent position as a Building Inspector at the Town of Innisfil! What makes Innisfil an amazing place to work? It’s the continuous support from leaders to be my best self and excel in everything I do, and the incredible people at the Town who made me realize during my first co-op term that I belong here!
