Drainage improvements on Town Campus

The Town of Innisfil has retained Tatham Engineering to undertake drainage improvement work on Town Campus. This project includes:

• parking lot drainage improvements
• the installation of a bioretention cell
• improvements to the stormwater management pond outlet channel near Town Hall

Project schedule

Construction is planned to start on May 14, 2025 and is expected to be completed by the end of August 2025. 

Impact to Town Hall parking

Due to construction activity, a portion of Town Hall’s parking lot will be temporarily closed and fenced off. The capacity of the lot will change throughout the summer based on where construction is staged. Visitor and accessible parking spaces will not be affected.

There will be some dust and mud, with measures in place to keep this to a minimum. Construction noise will be limited to 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday to Friday. Construction fencing, signage and traffic control measures will be in place.
