Rolling out the Red Carpet for businesses.
The Town of Innisfil aspires to make investing in Innisfil as easy as possible. As such, the Economic Development team recently partnered with business owners, developers, and Town partners to develop a more streamlined development process for strategic commercial and industrial investors.
Developments that are eligible for the red carpet program receive:
- A dedicated account manager within the Town to assist with navigating Planning and Building processes
- An accelerated site plan application review process in order to reduce response and development times
- Bi-weekly project check in meetings with Town staff and applicable agencies
