Residents invited to try new fitness equipment at Innisfil Beach Park

Innisfil, Ontario – To promote the new outdoor fitness obstacle course at Innisfil Beach Park, the Town of Innisfil is offering free “Try It” sessions on November 4 and 7. Led by a trained instructor, these 30-minute sessions will teach participants how to use the equipment safely for an effective, fun and age-appropriate workout.

Innisfil, ON – Just in time for winter, a new snow clearing robot will be joining the Cookstown community to help clear sidewalks for residents.

Innisfil, ON – The Innisfil Mayor’s Golf Tournament returned yesterday, after a year-long hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This year’s tournament was held at the Nest at Friday Harbour Resort and raised $69,000 for the Innisfil Community Foundation.

New CAO appointed in Innisfil

Innisfil, ON – Innisfil Town Council has successfully concluded the recruitment process for the next Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) of the Town of Innisfil.

Effective October 25, 2021, Oliver Jerschow will be responsible for leading administration of the municipality. Since 2019, Jerschow has been Vice President, Employer & Stakeholder Relations at the Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System (OMERS).
