Town of Innisfil launches traffic calming pilot project

The Town of Innisfil is taking a step towards enhancing road safety and community livability with the launch of a pilot project to introduce temporary traffic calming measures on select roadways. Starting in August, the project will focus on testing these measures at four key locations:

  • Innisfil Beach Road – 20th Sideroad to Webster Boulevard
  • 25th Sideroad – Carniola Drive to 10th Line
  • 25th Sideroad – Joseph Street to Willow Avenue
  • Victoria Street – Yonge Street to North Gate Street

Innisfil set to implement automated speed enforcement to enhance road safety

Innisfil, ON – Automated speed enforcement (ASE) is coming to the Town of Innisfil to help improve road safety in select community safety zones. ASE is an automated system that uses a camera and speed measurement device to enforce speed limits and promote safer driver habits.
