Submit an Event

Looking to increase the reach and exposure to your upcoming event? We invite community organizations to post their events to our events calendar. If approved, your event will be shared on our events calendar and weekly digest e-newsletter.

Posting an event does not imply endorsement by the Town of Innisfil. We do not accept responsibility for any damages caused by posting of incorrect or inappropriate information. 

Events published on the Events Calendar must meet the following criteria:

  • The event must take place within Innisfil, or must be specifically for Innisfil residents
  • The event must be open to the public
  • Both free and ticketed events are eligible
  • Retail promotion events are not eligible (e.g. garage sales)

Events published on the Events Calendar may not contain:

  • Articles or advertisements promoting the goals, achievements or opinions of individual members of Council, staff or the public
  • Announcements or advertisements that contain offensive, harmful, or derogatory language
  • Any commercial for-profit promotions
  • Any personal information that contravenes the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act

The Town of Innisfil reviews and approves all events before posting. It may take up to five business days before the event is published. 

We reserve the right to edit a message or category for grammar and clarity, and the right to deny submissions or remove submissions at any time.

Our event listings allow event organizers to include their contact information in case of inquiries.

Only provide contact information that can be shared publicly.
