Violation and Screening Information

Date Penalty Notice Issued

You must request a screening review within 30 days of the effective date of the notice. You may request an extension of time if 30 days have passed and extenuating circumstances exist, but it cannot exceed the 60-day period.

The Screening Officer will need to discuss the matter with you by phone. You will be provided with a video call link by email, ideally during your preferred time frame.
