Service Disruptions and Closures

Road closure: Lockhart Road and 25 Sideroad

Lockhart Road from Earl Street to Poplar Road and 25th Sideroad from Henderson Drive to Ireton Street will be closed on October 21 at 7 a.m. to approximately 6 p.m. on December 13, 2024 for watermain installation and development works. Local traffic only—no through access. Detour signage will be in place.

Road closure: Wingrove Ave (Blackwoods Ave to Nantyr Drive)

Wingrove Avenue from Blackwoods Avenue to Nantyr Drive will be closed on September 18, 2024 from 7 a.m. to approximately 4 p.m. for an emergency culvert repair. Local traffic will be able to access homes from Blackwoods Avenue.

Road closure: Saint John's Road (7th Line to Clifton Boulevard)

Saint John’s Road from 7th Line to Clifton Boulevard will be closed from September 3 at 6 a.m. to approximately 6 p.m. on September 27, 2024 for Banks Creek drainage improvements.

Road closure: Edgar Street (Saint Paul Road to Craig Road)

Edgar Street from Saint Paul Road to Craig Road will be closed from September 2 at 7 a.m. to approximately 5 p.m. on September 13, 2024 due to watermain and sewer connection.

Road closure: Temple Avenue (Spooners Road to Balsam Road)

Temple Avenue from Spooners Road to Balsam Road will be closed from August 12 at 7 a.m. to approximately 4 p.m. on August 16, 2024 due to cross culvert replacements at the Temple and Spruce intersection. 

Spruce Road from Temple Avenue to 1041 Spruce Road will also be closed to accommodate the construction work. Local traffic only.
