TAKE NOTICE that the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Innisfil has, pursuant to Section 270(1), as applicable, of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, Chapter 25, as amended, declared the following land as surplus:

PIN 58141-0137 (LT), being Part of Lot 4 s/s Queen Street, Plan 250, formerly Tecumseth as in RO194329; Innisfil, municipally known as 19 Queen St., Innisfil, and is now offering it for sale by way of listing with a real estate agent.
