Mood Walks

Get active, get outside, and connect! Mood walks is a group walking program that aims to support mental, physical, and social wellbeing of youth and reduce stigma surrounding mental health. Participants will go for weekly group walks at lunchtime to get some fresh air, exercise, improve mood, and connect with others in the community.

This program is being offered in partnership with Nantyr Shores Secondary School.

To learn more or get involved as a volunteer, please contact Sara Corcoran at scorcoran@innisfil.ca.
