The Innisfil Municipal Heritage Committee works to create an awareness of local heritage matters relating to the Ontario Heritage Act. It includes the preservation and conservation of properties and landscapes in the Town of Innisfil that have been identified as historically, culturally or architecturally significant to our community.
Committee members are active in helping to promote and educate local residents on Heritage issues within the Town; regularly reviewing and identifying potential Heritage properties; and advising Council on potential Heritage designations.
