Our Recruitment and Posting Process!


The Town of Innisfil uses the Deltek Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to post jobs and accept applications.  This software allows you to create an account which provides a unique user login and password to monitor and apply for current Town employment opportunities through the ATS. 


Positions that are available will be found in the “Current Opportunities” page.  You can select the position of interest to view the details and job description (when available).  Within the job details page, you have the option to create an account. If you have already done so, you select “submit your resume/CV to this job” to login and apply.  You can also share the job opportunity on your personal social media or share with a friend.


You will also find a page to view the “Status” of positions that have closed (applications are no longer being accepted) but are still in the recruitment process (i.e. the position has not been filled).  Here you will find information on what stage of the recruitment that position is in.  When the position is no longer listed, the position has been filled.


Applications for positions will only be accepted through the ATS. Email or faxed applications will no longer be accepted. There may be special circumstances, as determined by the HR Department, where hand delivered applications would be accepted.
